Hydro Press

We chose hydro presses because they're simple, reliable and produce an excellent juice yield.

Instead of using a screw or hydraulic ram, each press has a strong rubber bladder in the middle. The apple pulp is packed around the bladder inside a stainless steel basket.

When the bladder is filled with mains water, it expands evenly and gently squeezes the pulp against the sides of the basket. As the pressure builds, the juice flows out through the mesh and is collected below.

Hydro presses are quick to use, easy to clean and apply even pressure across the whole basket, helping us get the most from your apples.
